Our approach is simple: help families connect while collecting as little information as possible.

Conversations stay conversations.

Our calling-service design excludes recordings and transcripts. Family reporting uses call metadata, such as time, duration when known, and outcome.

Your family account controls access.

Parents have individual logins and shared family account membership. Agent reporting will require explicitly scoped access.

Less data, for less time.

This website has no advertising trackers or analytics, loads fonts locally, and collects your email to sign you in. Beta requests store your parent name, email, optional note, and request status so we can follow up; a notification is emailed to Ourline. Please leave children’s details out of your note. Short-lived, keyed network identifiers help limit spam without storing raw IP addresses in our request database. Hosting and email providers may process metadata needed to deliver their services. Calling-service retention and data controls are provided during family onboarding.
